Information You Provide Directly: When you fill out our Contact Us form, booking form, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect details such as your name, company, address, phone number, and email address.
Photo Booth Content: Photos or videos captured during events using our photo booth software provided by Photo Booth Supply Company.
Survey Data: If a client requests interactive features such as surveys, polls, or questionnaires within the photo booth experience, we may collect responses from participants. The event host determines what survey data is collected, and Garden State Snaps LLC processes this information only as part of the services provided to that client.
Website Data (via Third Parties): Information automatically collected by Squarespace and Google (not Garden State Snaps LLC), which may include IP addresses, device type, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our website. We do not directly access or store IP addresses or technical browsing data.
Marketing Data: Information collected through Google Ads to measure performance and reach potential customers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To provide, manage, and improve our photo booth services.
To process payments and manage bookings.
To communicate with you about your event, services, or inquiries.
To deliver photos, surveys, and digital galleries to clients and event participants.
To conduct marketing and advertising through Google Ads and similar platforms.
To analyze website traffic and improve user experience through Google Analytics.

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following ways:
Event Hosts and Attendees: Photos, GIFs, videos, and surveys captured during an event are delivered to the event host via an online gallery link. The event host may choose to share this link with attendees or others at their discretion. Garden State Snaps LLC does not control or monitor how the gallery link is shared once provided to the event host, and the host is solely responsible for distribution.
Service Providers: With third parties that help us operate our business, such as payment processors, website hosting providers, and Photo Booth Supply Company, which powers our booth software and manages storage and delivery of digital content.
Analytics and Advertising Partners: With Google Analytics and Google Ads to improve our website and marketing.
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party providers. By using our website or photo booths, you are also subject to their privacy practices:

Garden State Snaps LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and you should review their policies before using our services. Some of these third-party providers may process or store information outside the State of New Jersey or the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred internationally in accordance with those providers’ policies.
5. Photo Booth Usage & Content
Storage and Delivery: Photos, GIFs, and videos taken in our booths are stored by Photo Booth Supply Company and delivered to clients. By default, content is provided in a live online gallery accessible to anyone with the link. At the event host’s request, we may instead provide a password-protected gallery or choose not to provide an online gallery at all, delivering content only through other file-sharing methods such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar tools.
Gallery Access: Online galleries remain accessible for 90 days following the event date. Once a gallery or file-sharing link is provided, Garden State Snaps LLC cannot control or restrict who may access it. The event host is solely responsible for distribution of gallery links, passwords, or alternative delivery folders.
Client Responsibility: Unless otherwise agreed, clients and guests are responsible for downloading and saving their media within the 90-day period. Garden State Snaps LLC is not responsible for backup or retrieval of files after this period.
Children’s Photos: Our services are often used at family events where children may participate in photos. Garden State Snaps LLC relies on event hosts to ensure compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) when children under 13 participate in events. By booking our services, the event host represents that they have obtained all required consents from parents or guardians for the capture and use of children’s images.
Guest-Generated Content: Guests are responsible for the content they create. Garden State Snaps LLC is not liable for offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content generated by attendees.
Marketing Use: Garden State Snaps LLC may use event photos in promotional materials, including our website, social media, and print, unless notified in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the event. We will always respect written requests to remove specific images upon request, even after use. Images featuring children under 13 will never be used without express parental consent.
6. Data Retention
Client Information: Retained as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal requirements.
Photo Booth Content: Online galleries are accessible for 90 days after an event. After that period, files may be deleted and we are not responsible for backup or retrieval.
Survey Data: Retained for the duration of the client’s requested use and deleted once no longer required for event purposes.
Website Data: Squarespace and Google may retain technical information as needed for analytics and advertising purposes in line with their policies.
7. Marketing Use of Content
By booking our services, you grant Garden State Snaps LLC the right to use event photos or videos in marketing and promotional materials, including our website, social media, and print.
If you do not wish for event images to be used, you must notify us in writing at least seven (7) days prior to your event.
We will respect written requests to remove specific images from digital platforms (such as our website or social media) upon request, even after use. For printed materials, while we cannot retract copies already produced or distributed, we will discontinue use in future print runs.
Images featuring children under 13 will never be used in marketing without express parental consent.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of online transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
We do not intentionally collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website or booking process. However, children may appear in photos, GIFs, videos, or survey responses captured in our photo booths during events.
Event Host Responsibility: The event host is responsible for ensuring appropriate parental or guardian consent.
Retention of Children’s Photos: Photos that include children may remain in online galleries for up to 90 days, after which they may be deleted.
Parental Requests: Parents or guardians may request copies of, or deletion of, images or survey responses featuring their children by contacting us at privacy@gardenstatesnaps.com.
10. Right to Request Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you, to the extent permitted by law. Please note that we may retain certain records where legally required (for example, for accounting or tax purposes).
